Sprint's Novatel Wireless MiFi 3G/4G Launched

After being announced back at CES 2011 with the promise of a late February launch, Sprint is finally about to release the Novatel MiFi 3G/4G mobile hotspot. The ultra-compact device allows connectivity for up to five Wi-Fi devices at 4G and 3G speeds.
Other features include:

- 1500mAh battery (4+ hours of usage and 60 hours of standby)
- 3G (EV-DO Rev. A) - Peak download: 3.1 Mbps, Peak upload: 1.8 Mbps, Average download: 0.6 - 1.4 Mbps
- 4G (WiMAX) - Peak download: 10+ Mbps, Average download: 3-6 Mbps
- 85 grams (3 oz)
- 802.11 b/g/n
Sprint will start selling the Novatel Wireless MiFi 3G/4G on April 17 for the price of $79.99 with a two-year contract.
