CES 2011 - Windows Phone 7 Update to Bring Copy-Paste

That's right folks, Microsoft's highly-expected Windows Phone 7 OS update will bring copy-paste to the masses later this month, as well as other small fixes, such as better loading times when switching between applications and better Marketplace search, making it easier to find specific apps.
The copy-paste feature will work pretty much the same way it does on other devices. You'll be able to copy your text from text messages, emails, web pages or other documents, and paste it anywhere you want.
To copy a word, just tap on it, slide your finger to highlight any additional text, then tap the Copy icon. To paste a copied text into an input field, just tap the spot where it should go, then tap the Paste icon.
Presumably, this is part of a series of updates that Microsoft is planning for Windows Phone 7. More important features that are rumored to launch this year are the addition of Internet Explorer 9, in-app purchases and expanded APIs.
