  • Exclusive Binoculars App

There are also two special edition Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars mobile apps. Verizon users running Android 2.1 will be able to purchase the Empire Strikes Back app for $2.99, in order to browse, preview and download Star Wars content related to the Empire Strikes Back movie.

The Star Wars application will feature Bounty Hunt Visual ID, a Sound and Photo Gallery, Live Wallpapers (Blast the Probe Droid, Luke Balancing Yoda, Navigating the Asteroid Field and Watch Bespin's Cloud City), Widgets and Trivia Challenge, where you can answer trivia questions about The Empire Strikes Back.

Verizon is selling the Motorola Droid R2-D2 for $249 after a $100 mail-in rebate with a new two-year customer agreement.
