Nokia today introduced the super slim Nokia X3 Touch and Type, a device that combines the touchscreen with a traditional alphanumeric keypad. It is also the first S40 handset to support touchscreens.
Despite the 9.6mm thickness, the X3 still packs a pretty impressive set of features, including a 2.4-inch QVGA touchscreen with 262k colors, 5.0 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom and video recording, 3G, FM radio, dedicated music and messaging keys, access to the Ovi Store, Email and IM.
Connectivity-wise, the X3 comes equipped with a 3.5mm AV connector, HSPA, WLAN 802.11n, Bluetooth 2.1 and MicroUSB.
Nokia is expected to begin shipping of the X3 Touch and Type in the third quarter of 2010 for a retail price of about €125 ($160).
