Sony Ericsson Yendo Walkman Smartphone Announced

Yesterday in Singapore, Sony Ericsson introduced, the Sony Ericsson Yendo, the company's first full touch Walkman smartphone.
Features of the Sony Ericsson Yendo include a 2.6-inch 262k color TFT display (320x240 pixels), 2.0 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, Walkman player, FM radio, 3.5 mm audio jack, 5MB internal memory, Social Networking applications, stereo Bluetooth with A2DP and a micro USB connector.
All in all, this seems to be a pretty weak Walkman smartphone. Sony either wanted a phone out as quickly as possible, or they wanted to launch a low-end smartphone, hoping to sell as many as possible. Either way, if you're serious about your phone, a 156Mhz processor, 262k color screen and a 3.5 hour talk time on 2G just won't cut it.
Sony Ericsson is getting ready to launch the Yendo in nine color versions in the third quarter of 2010. Price was not revealed.
