palm pixi plusAfter announcing the Pre Plus at CES 2010, Verizon introduced the updated version of the Pixi, the Palm Pixi Plus. The original device was launched by Sprint not long ago.

The Pixi Plus features a 2.63-inch (320 x 400 pixels) HVGA touchscreen, 2.0 megapixel camera with LED flash, video recording, 8GB of internal memory, GPS, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, proximity sensor, 3.5mm audio jack and EV-DO Rev. A.

Just like the previously announced Pre Plus, the Pixi Plus will also get the 3G Mobile HotSpot feature, which allows users to share their 3G connection with up to five WiFi devices.

Verizon is expecting to launch the Pixi Plus on January 25 for an unspecified price.
