19 Oct 2009 | Android , Asus , Smartphone | 0 comments
Looks like everybody wants in on Android. During a press conference held in Taiwan, chairman of Asus Jonney Shih and CEO Jerry Shen talked about some of the company's future endeavors, including the green energy market, notebooks and netbooks, and the launch schedule for their Android-based smartphone.
The only comment that they made regarding the Android device was that it was launching in the fourth quarter of 2009. It's not much to go until the end of the year, so we'll most likely see an official announcement in the following weeks. We'll keep you posted.
