Nokia 5230 Touch Phone Announced

Nokia today announced the latest addition to their touch phones, the Nokia 5230. Packed with multimedia features, the 5230 comes equipped with a 640x360 pixel 3.2-inch touchscreen display with accelerometer for auto-rotate and proximity sensor, a 2 megapixel camera with 3x digital zoom and 640x480 video recording at 30fps. Nokia users can also use the 5230 to get new songs from the Nokia Music Store or apps, games and videos from the Ovi Store.
Music-wise, the Nokia 5230 features a music player supporting all major music formats, capable of 33 hours of playback time. Other features include FM radio and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Nokia is planning to launch the 5230 in the fourth quarter of 2009. Price has been set to 149 EUR ($212).
