Good news for every one who's waiting for Windows Mobile 6.5. According to a Microsoft developer on Twitter, work on the highly awaited Windows Mobile 6.5 has been completed and is presumably ready to ship, although neither WM 6.5 emulator nor WM 6.5 SDK have been released yet.

Here's the Tweet: "For the record, Windows Mobile 6.5 is DONE... complete... looks really good IOHO and every bit functional. ping us if u want to know more."

Back in April, Microsoft wrote in a blog post that the new mobile operating system will be launched on May 11th, so we should be getting an official announcement soon.
