RIM Sponsoring U2 World Tour?

Looks like the relationship between U2 and Apple has gone downhill. Just a few years ago, Bono was on stage together with Steve Jobs following the announcement of the new iPods, including the special edition U2 branded iPod.
Today, Bono is a partner in a firm that currently owns 39% of Palm, which will be launching their highly expected Pre iPhone clone this summer, about the same time when U2's upcoming 360 Degrees world tour begins. The tour will be sponsored by Research in Motion and their BlackBerry. Interesting turn of events.
The tour will include 14 European cities, followed by Chicago on September 12th and several other US cities.
