Nokia stops 5800 XpressMusic sales in US

As you may have heard, Nokia has finally launched the highly expected 5800 XpressMusic touchscreen handset in the US last week. Unfortunately, not long after shipping started, Nokia was forced to stop sales due to 3G connectivity issues.

And that wasn't their only problem. Back in January, Nokia confirmed that the 5800 was shipped with faulty speakers. According to them, the speakers didn't have moisture protection, so the moisture that got inside the earpiece damaged the speaker. Since the incident, all the faulty earpieces have been replaced.

And to think that we just praised Nokia last week for their awesome hardware.
