Orange France to end iPhone 3G exclusivity

The French Competition Council has ruled against the exclusivity between Apple and Orange France. So what does this mean? Basically, Orange has been temporarily forbidden to sell Apple's iPhone 3G exclusively, giving other French operators the chance to grab a piece of the Apple pie.
A spokesperson for the Competition Council said that Orange "introduces a new factor of rigidity in a sector that already lacks competition."
Bouygues Telecom, the operator who filed the complaint was pleased with the decision and is looking forward to selling the iPhone. Orange's France Telecom was not available for comments.
So what do you think? Good or bad? Will this ever happen to AT&T?
