Sprint announces Windows Mobile 6.1 upgrades for current smartphones

At the CTIA Wireless 2008 conference today, Sprint announced plans to upgrade some of its current Windows Mobile smartphones later this year to support Windows Mobile 6.1, which was announced today by Microsoft.
This summer, Sprint will offer software upgrades for all existing Sprint Windows Mobile 6 smartphones including Samsung ACETM, Moto Q9c, HTC Touch and HTC Mogul.
In addition, all new Sprint smartphones launching in the second half of 2008 will come packed with Windows Mobile 6.1.

Great news. Personally, I love my HTC, much better quality than my previous Motorola.
Sweet, 6.1 has all the little things that 6.0 does not have like threaded sms
