Sprint Nextel has announced that it will begin shipping RIM's BlackBerry Pearl 8130 smartphone starting next month.

As you may know, the 8130 is the updated version of the original Pearl and it comes packed with a 2.0 megapixel camera with flash, video capture, microSD card slot for up to 4GB of memory, built-in GPS, EV-DO support, stereo Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and a 3.5mm headset jack.

Verizon Wireless has also announced the BlackBerry Pearl 8130 last week together with 3 other devices. Sprint will start shipping the 8130 in November for an undisclosed price.
