Last week at the IFA in Berlin, Germany, Samsung unveiled its latest slider phone, the i620.

At only 16mm thick, the i620 smartphone comes equipped with a 2" 65k color TFT QVGA display (320x240 pixels), a 2.0 megapixel camera, QWERTZ keyboard, video recording and playback, 80MB of internal memory, microSD card slot for extra memory and Bluetooth 2.0.

The Samsung i620 smartphone will be available on the German market during this month. As we said, the i620 features a QWERTZ keyboard, but the photos show a QWERTY keyboard, which indicates that the device might launch in other regions as well. Price was not disclosed.
