&uotAfter months of rumors and leaked photos, Nokia has now officially announced the upgraded version of the Nokia N95, now featuring 8GB of built-in memory and a 2.8" QVGA display. Unfortunately, the upgraded memory, bigger screen and new black color won't be enough to make people go nuts over this phone.
The rest of the features remain pretty much the same as the ones found on the previous N95: 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, 2-way slide, built-in GPS, WLAN and HSDPA. The 8GB will allow users to upload 20 hours of video and up to 6000 songs on their phones.
If you already own the previous version of the N95, we recommend you not to get this one. If you're still interested, the new Nokia N95 multimedia handset will start shipping in the fourth quarter of 2007 at an unsubsidized retail price of 560 euros.

Haven't checked the upgraded version of Nokia N95, but the one which was originally launched (150 MB)is nothing short of impressive device & is one of the best in high end smartphones.
