The popular music streaming service Pandora announced at an event in San Francisco that it will be teaming up with Sprint to bring streaming Internet radio to mobile phones.

Pandora has more than 6.5 million registered users and is already available on five Sprint Power Vision phones: LG FUSIC, Samsung A900 and A920, Sanyo 7500 and 8400. It will be available on all Power Vision phones by the end of June. The service will cost $2.99 / month with a Power Vision data plan after a 30 days free trial. For more info visit Pandora's site.

Sprint wasn't the only friend Pandora made today. They also struck a deal with Sonos to stream music wirelessly at home. This service will also have a 30-day trial which doesn't require a credit card. After the trial, you'll be able to subscribe to Pandora for only $36 / year.

I will subscribe to this right now because I support Pandora! They have been through a lot and they deserve this! Screw the RIAA!
