Nokia E62 starts shipping from Cingular

About a couple of weeks ago, we were telling you about Cingular's plan to launch the Nokia E62 business phones. As promised, Cingular today began shipping of the Symbian-based handsets.

The Nokia E62 runs on Symbian 9.1 / S60 3.0 and features a 16 million color display measuring 320 x 240 pixels, a full QWERTY keyboard with large backlit keys for easy typing, miniUSB and Bluetooth 1.2

This device also supports multiple email clients like Good Mobile Messaging, Cingular Xpress Mail, BlackBerry Connect, Mail for Exchange (direct push corporate email from Microsoft Exchange), the Nokia push solution via Intellisync Mobile Suite from Nokia, and standard clients such as POP3, IMAP and SMTP.

Cingular is selling the Nokia E62 for for the price of $149.99 after a $50.00 mail-in rebate and a two-year contract.

I picked up a Nokia E62 from Nokia and like it a lot. Great price for such a powerful device.
