After catching a first glimpse of it almost a year ago (when it was still codenamed 'Mulan') and officially announced later on in late February, Cingular today launched the Sony Ericsson W300i Walkman phone.
The Sony Ericsson W300 is a quad band clamshell and it features a 128x160 pixel, 262.000 color main display and a 101x80 pixel monochrome external display, VGA camera with 4x digital zoom, video recording and playback, 20MB internal memory with an extra 256 MB Memory Stick Micro (M2), Media Player with MP3 and AAC support, FM radio with RDS, EDGE and USB 2.0, Bluetooth, Infrared.
After a $85.00 online discount, a $75.00 mail-in rebate and of course, a two-year contract, the W300i will only cost $20.00.
In April, the Sony Ericsson and T-Mobile teamed up and launched a Robbie Williams version of the W300i, which is only available in T-Mobile stores across Europe.
