Sprint Nextel and Research in Motion today announced the launch of the BlackBerry 8703e. This handset seems to be really popular, because it was also launched by Verizon Wireless last week.
The BlackBerry 8703e features a high-resolution LCD screen, intelligent light sensing that automatically adjusts LCD and keyboard lighting levels to provide optimized viewing in indoor, outdoor and dark environments, full 35-key QWERTY keyboard, push email, dedicated phone keys, smart dialing, conference calling, speed dialing, call forwarding, built-in speakerphone for conference calls and Bluetooth support for use with headsets and car kits.
Sprint will start selling the BlackBerry 8703e on October 1 for the price of $349.99 with a two-year customer agreement, just like Verizon Wireless.
