It looks like the RAZR is still hot, because after almost a year since the first announcement, Cingular has finally decided to launch the Motorola RAZR v3i. So is there a reason for this delay?

Anyway, for those of you who haven't seen the features, here they are: 262k color internal display and a 65k color external display, 1.23 megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom, video capture, iTunes music player, airplane mode, TransFlash memory card, dedicated browser and messaging keys, Bluetooth, SCREEN3.

Cingular is selling the Motorola RAZR V3i for the price of $249.99 after a two-year service agreement and a $50 mail-in rebate.
