Sprint and Novatel Wireless, today announced the availability of the first EV-DO Revision A capable device, the Novatel Wireless S720 Sprint Mobile Broadband Card. The S720 will allow customers to connect to the Sprint Power Vision Network and remotely access audio, video and data applications at DSL-like speeds. Sprint plans to launch the EV-DO Revision A during the fourth quarter of 2006 and cover about 40 million people by the end of the year.
The S720 Mobile Broadband Card is available right now for the price of $249.99 and $99.99 with a two-year contract. For more information visit Sprint's website.
