According to believable sources, Motorola's Canary, also known as the KRZR, will be available from Verizon Wireless. This information comes exactly one month after the first pictures of this phone showed up on Howard Forums.

To tell you the truth, we're not really excited about this phone. Don't get us wrong; we're happy that Motorola finally decided to actually change the RAZR's look and not just add features to the already existing design, but making it taller wasn't maybe the best thing to do.

Anyway, if you don't already know the rumored features of the Canary, here they are: 2 megapixel camera, 17MB or internal memory, Micro SD card slot for up to 1GB of memory. Other features include quad band, edge, Bluetooth 2.0 and a Mini-USB port.

yes, tall is worse than wide. Wide was actually good, but it's really getting old. The razr will never be the same again. I think that Motorola really screwed up here. The razr phones should have ended after the v3x and possibly before that.

Instead of thinking of a new hit phone, they keep dealing with the razr. Wake up Motorola!
