Samsung has many reasons to be happy. They are the proud creators of the world's slimmest phone, the X820 (6.9mm), announced last month and the world's slimmest slider phone, the D900 (13mm), which was approved today by the FCC.

The Samsung D900 features a 2.1", 262 color (240x320 pixel) TFT display, an impressive 3.13 megapixel camera, video recording and messaging, MP3, AAC, ACC+, AAC+ (e) support, Bluetooth and USB. Other features include 80MB of internal memory and a microSD card slot for up to 2GB of memory.

So that's all we know for now. No info on who carry this thing nor its price.
