Rumors on Howard Forums are saying that the Motorola SLVR L7 will be launching at the end of this month. Other rumors say that this phone will be limited to 100 songs with iTunes, its center menu button will be the dedicated iTunes key and it will also have external speakers with rhythm lights. I don't know about that, but we'll see on Tuesday.
Other features of the quad band Motorola SLVR L7include a 262,144 color (176 x 220 pixels) screen, VGA camera, 5MB of built-in memory, microSD / TransFlash card slot, Bluetooth, USB and Push-To-Talk.
People are going crazy trying to guess the price of this handset. Someone even said it could go up to $1,699.99 USD.

$1,700 !!!! I doubt that, Cingular would never pick it up if it would cost that much. It is selling in India for 280 bucks, but since the US version will have iTunes it will probably going for $350.
I just got one, as they're already unofficially available in the US. Mine just happens to be a UK import, so I have brit spelling on it, but other than that, it's the same. No lights, no crazy flashy stuff. There's also no dedicated itunes button, but there is a media player exactly like itunes. Pretty cool phone.
It is official, I just talked to Cingular and the SLVR will be released tommorrow the 31st, but they would not let me look at it or give me a price. I hope that it wont be too expecive.
Thanks guys, we'll keep an eye out tomorrow.
It appears that it does not have PTT, its not advertised on the Cingular website
