Verizon Wireless today announced its fourth quarter 2005 results. The company gained 2 million new subscribers and an increase of 20.5 percent over the fourth quarter 2004.
In 2005, Verizon Wireless added more than 7.5 million customers, up 19.5 percent from 2004. This is the company's 14th consecutive quarter of double-digit, year-over-year quarterly net add growth. It is the seventh consecutive quarter in which the company added more than 1.5 million net customers.
