Nokia 3250 music phone announced

Nokia announced this morning its very own music phone, the Nokia 3250. This tri-band GSM was first shown off a few days earlier, at the Nokia Trends Berlin music festival. Nokia claims that the 3250 can store up to 1 GB of music, about 750 songs and offers 10 hours of play.

Features include a 256.000 color (176 x 208 pixels) display, 2 megapixel camera, EDGE, Bluetooth, Push to Talk, a microSD memory cards of up to 1 GB of music, FM radio, MP3, WMA, M4A and AAC support. All this on a new version of the Symbian Series 60 OS.

The Nokia 3250 will start shipping in the first quarter of 2006. Retail price is estimated at about 350 EUR before subsidies or taxes.
